Power Supply Features:

220V AC input is supplied to the constant-current power supply. The 12V and 5V output terminals provide standby power to the driver board. In standby mode, the fan remains off and the LED is not lit. When the system starts up, the LCD driver board sends a 1.5–12V power-on control signal to CN5. With the normally closed thermal switch closed, the fan starts running, the constant-current output is enabled, and the LED turns on. If the driver board loses power or the normally closed thermal switch opens for any reason, the constant-current output stops immediately, the LED turns off, and the fan continues running for a few minutes with a delay timer; the delay time is adjustable.

This 12V regulated power supply fan delay LED lighting control board is small in size, powerful in function, and stable in performance. It can be connected to most LED constant current power supply boards on the market, enabling the LED constant current power supply to directly power the LED, LCD driver board, and cooling fan simultaneously. The board has 12V and 5V voltage outputs, with a maximum current of 3A, suitable for most LCD driver boards. It has a built-in LED lighting control circuit, which can directly control the LED switching using the 1.5~12V power on/off control signal on the driver board. It also features adjustable cooling fan delay time, automatic overheat protection, and other practical functions.
